STATIONARY EXHAUST EXTRACTION

A Stationary Exhaust Extraction System features hose drops with nozzles and clamping devices. The hose drops have a mechanical damper, which prevents airflow when the drop is not in use. All drops connect to one Exhaust Fan mounted inside of the building. In order to avoid elbows in the system, the fan is vented through a roof penetration via round industrial duct. An Up-blast Stack is used to maximize fan efficiency.

AERIAL TROLLEY EXHAUST SYSTEM

Our Aerial Trolley Exhaust Systems, designed for everything from cars to heavy-duty trucks and buses, feature either Model ARI-2000 or 3000 Aluminum Channel Ducts installed throughout the work area. Each channel is divided into shop-long channels, with at least four trolleys equipped with 6 in. hoses, nozzles, and clamping devices. Each trolley is equipped with a shut off damper to prevent it from drawing air when not in use. The hose reels are connected to a Model 820-357 Exhaust Fan via round industrial duct.

HOSE REEL SYSTEMS

A Hose Reel Exhaust System features eight Motorized or Spring Hose Reels installed in the work area. Each Hose Reel features a shutoff damper to prevent it from drawing air when not in use, 25 ft. of 6 in. hose, nozzles, and clamping devices. The Motorized Hose Reels will include pendant remotes. Each side of the shop runs its own length of round industrial duct. The ducts are connected to two Model 820-357 Exhaust Fans, respectively.

MOBILE HOSE REEL CARTS

ARI-HETRA’s Mobile Exhaust Extraction Hose Reel Carts offer an automated method of extracting exhaust gas fumes at their source. The hose reel travels along a customizable slotted channel on nylon wheels. The movement is either programmed as fully automated or user-operated.

TELESCOPING EXHAUST CANE

ARI-HETRA’s Model 999-907 Telescoping Exhaust Extraction Cane is a versatile tool making heavy-duty exhaust extraction easy. The exhaust cane’s nozzle is customizable to meet the specifications of various sized and shaped exhaust systems, which include exhaust diffusers that are typically featured on trash trucks, motor coach exhausts that rest flat against the top of the bus, standard top stacks and various other exhaust system designs. The cane uses the shop’s existing fan-powered exhaust extraction system to draw in diesel fumes. This vacuum design eliminates the need for clamps and metal-to-metal contact, making it a safe tool that minimizes damage to your fleet.
